Program Successes: Protecting the historic Ocean Shore Railroad Right-Of-Way by holding the conservation easement between Kelly Avenue and Seymour Streets in Half Moon Bay; owning and holding conservation easements on key parcels along Arroyo Leon, Pilarcitos and Frenchman's Creeks in Half Moon Bay; owning and maintaining key open lands adjacent to the Coastal Trail in Half Moon Bay; the continuing collaboration with the Peninsula Open Space Trust, San Mateo County, California Coastal Commission and the City of Half Moon Bay to continue protecting lands for the public's benefit.
